Tax & Compliance
Corporate tax planning, CRA compliance, and proactive strategies that minimize your tax burden while keeping you audit-proof.
Why traditional tax & compliance fails.
Tax compliance isn't just filing returns on time. It's structuring your business to legally minimize tax across income, payroll, HST, shareholder compensation, and government incentives like SR&ED. Most businesses overpay because their accountant is reactive.

Tax & Compliance FAQs
For a Canadian-controlled private corporation, the first $500,000 of active business income is taxed at 9% federally. Ontario's small business rate dropped from 3.2% to 2.2% on July 1, 2026, so the combined rate is now 11.2%. Federally, the $500,000 limit shrinks once the corporation and its associates earn more than $50,000 of passive investment income.
